The most popular ski resort in Bulgaria is now emerging as a hub for digital nomads.
Coworking Bansko, the first coworking space in the most popular Bulgarian ski resort, is officially set to open on December 15th, lighting a new perspective for Bansko’s future as a destination for digital nomads, freelancers and location-independent entrepreneurs from around the globe.
Located at 4 Toma Vishanov street in the resorts’ center, Coworking Bansko will host a full-day opening event, featuring presentations, workshops for digital nomad lifestyle, future developments discussion, as well as tasty snacks and drinks for everyone with some live music in the evening. Everyone who wants to try out Coworking Bansko is invited to take advantage of the free trial day.
The venue offers 18 fully-equipped workstations with ergonomic chairs and spacious wooden desks, an event room, a private phone room, lockers, as well as a kitchen and a recreation corner with cozy sofas. As well as a tea and coffee flat rate.
Furthering ideas, networking opportunities and creativity, the office at the base of the Pirin mountain is offering a volunteer program and various events. Coworking Bansko is also announcing flexible booking prices for long-term members and short-term travelling entrepreneurs. Partners provide help with accommodation and other services.
The founders Irina, Pandeva, Uwe Allgaeuer and Matthias Zeitler believe that Bansko has all that is needed to attract digital nomads, while Bulgaria is paving the way with tax-friendly legislation, business opportunities, and emerging start-up sector.
“We want to be a home for location independent entrepreneurs to dream bigger ventures together†says Uwe Allgaeuer.
Bansko is joining in the global co-working movement as a price-compatible, accessible and inspiring destination in Europe.
