The organizing team of Spark.me, one of the biggest marketing/Internet conferences in Southeast Europe, which is set for May 28-29, in Budva, Montenegro, has just confirmed a new Spark.me 2016 speaker – Scott Morrison, the former Marketing Director of Diesel, Levi’s, and Activision.
Scott has led some of the world’s biggest brands, worked with some of the world’s most inspirational leaders and has distilled this experience into his business, ‘The Boom!. His experience is both Agency and Client side, spending 10 years in each discipline. He developed, led and won some awards along the way for campaigns including Studio Africa’, ‘Be Stupid’ and ‘Reboot’ at Diesel; ‘501’, ‘Twisted’ and ‘Ones to Watch’ at Levis; ‘World Cup’, ‘Freestylers’ and ‘Running’ for Nike; and ‘Guitar Hero’, ‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’ and ‘Lucasfilm’ for Activision.
Scott’s new business, ‘The Boom!’ is a movement aimed at connecting people to their visceral, intuitive, creative animal inside. Through a mix of brain-hacks, neuroscience and mindfulness, The Boom! delivers masterclasses that give leaders, their teams and the broader organization new perspectives, tools and experiences to ignite and empower a creative environment. The Boom! have worked with ITV, Absolut, Starbucks, Red Bull, Sainsbury’s, UKTV, Oystercatchers, Rocket Fuel and Raconteur, and Scott has contributed to Marketing, Campaign, BBC, FT, and the Sunday Times.
Previously announced Spark.me 2016 speakers include Jon Bradford (the cofounder of F6S and Tech.eu, and the former Managing Director of Techstars in London), Annie Machon (former intelligence officer for the UK’s Security Service, MI5), Danica Kombol (CEO of the Everywhere Agency, a leading social media and influencer marketing firm), and Marvin Liao (partner at global seed VC firm and startup accelerator, 500 Startups, based in Silicon Valley).
Spark.me tickets are available at the conference official website. The full price of the ticket is 250€. However, all interested parties can take advantage of the Early Bird ticket sale and get their Spark.me ticket for just 120€, or 60€ in case of a student ticket, until March 13. Tickets can later be transferred to another person (name change), but they cannot be refunded. Student tickets are available to undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students 27 years old or younger, and to those who will graduate in 2016.
