The students of the Economical and Law Faculty of the University of Prishtina are organizing a new conference called “University of Prishtina International Student Conference 2016 – UPISC’16”, which aims to gather students and raise awareness around the importance of professional education for career advancement.
The first edition of the UPISC’16 will be focused on topics related to the field of Economy and Law, with the main theme being “Globalization: Market influence, Economy and Law”. Students from Kosovo and abroad are invited to participate and apply through submitting an abstract of a particular topic related to the prior mentioned theme and send it to email@example.com. The conference is expected to be organized on 3rd and 4th of May 2016, while on the 5th a general debate is planned between public and private Universities of the country, with the topic “How students organize”. The following day will be focused on a touristic trip around Kosovo and on the 7th things will wrap-up. Details on speakers are scars however there are signals that students that have foreign study experiences and relevant experiences will be participating as well.
Foreign students who will participate in the conference will benefit free accommodation at the student dorms and food and the student buffet. The organizers have also stated that transportation from the airport to the venue will be provided by the conference sponsors. The conference is supported by the former Rector of the Rectorate of the University of Prishtina Prof. Dr Ramadan Zejnullahu and other sponsors.
