If this were a no-name product I probably wouldn\’t have purchased it, but AmazonBasics have been good values in the past. This wouldn\’t pass as OEM of course, but it is very well designed and seems well built. The straps are all much too long (a good thing) and it is stable in my Accord using \”only\” the headrest strap, the midback strap, and the tab one pushes between the back and bottom cushion. There is a long strap to go under the seat but I just cut it off. The cushion seems very stable when I enter and exit the car — and it does not interfere when I latch the seat belt.
I did put white glue on the ends of the straps I cut off so they wouldn\’t fray, but I would /much/ prefer having the option to shorten the straps than length them. 🙂
