ARMACAD is a start-up founded in Armenia focused on providing information about Scholarships, Research, and Study Opportunities.
Being a student, academic, researcher or education professional is a lifelong journey. That journey involves learning and studying as a part of daily life, as well as requires searching and finding necessary scholarships, workshops, fellowships, conferences, grants.
It has always necessitated using a variety of online platforms, search engines, social networks, university websites and other resources to find such opportunities. Often, this whole process can be very overwhelming and tiring.
New technologies currently may solve those problems for students, scientists, and scholars worldwide. One of such solutions is ARMACAD.
ARMACAD’s aim is to inform everyone about any academic opportunity and event in the scope of each person’s academic interests.
ARMACAD does two things:
- It aids academics, students, and professionals in finding relevant opportunities (study and research opportunities, scholarships, conferences, summer schools, grants) worldwide.
- It enables universities and other academic institutions to distribute announcements to targeted audiences internationally and follow the statistics.
It is a one-stop resource for all academic opportunities worldwide in all academic disciplines.
ARMACAD provides set of tools to be used by students/researchers to find necessary scholarships and academic opportunities on one hand and by the Universities/research centers to promote their research and study possibilities among international targeted audiences on the other.
Every student, professor, teacher, has a chance to search and find all available academic and educational opportunities which exactly fit their academic needs and interests. Moreover and most importantly, each subscriber may pick up the disciplines here http://armacad.info/site/academic-newsletter-subscription and receive weekly email alerts about international academic opportunities.
Universities and research centers may see the statistics of each distributed announcement on their dedicated dashboard and also receive applications for each announced opportunity.
So far more than 200 Universities, International foundations and NGOs such as American Councils, British Council, GIZ, etc, have used the services of ARMACAD to distribute their academic and educational opportunities to more than 40000 subscribers of ARMACAD.
ARMACAD was founded in Yerevan, Armenia as a mailing list to share information on different academic opportunities worldwide. Since 2014 it concentrated efforts on building a website at http://armacad.info/ where dozens of the conference, summer school, scholarship and fellowship opportunities are published every day and distributed via email to all subscribers.
