The organizing team of Spark.me, one of the most carefully curated business/Internet conferences in Southeast Europe, which is set for May 25-26, in Porto Montenegro Auditorium, in Tivat, Montenegro, has just announced a new Spark.me 2019 speaker – Cate Murden.
Cate is the founder of PUSH, a business consultancy grounded in human , which has worked with clients such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Saatchi & Saatchi, Havas, IMG, HSBC, Sainsbury’s, and Vice, among others.
For almost two decades, Cate enjoyed an exciting, fast-paced career in media, rising to the position of Head of Partnerships at one of London’s largest and most successful media agencies.
However, the demands of the job took its toll and in July 2014 she was signed off work with stress. Fortunately, she survived this challenging period and launched PUSH, determined to help businesses help their employees work better – so there’ll be less stress, less burn-out, less unnecessary costs, and more profit.
She doesn’t think it is necessary for any individual to experience what she did in order to start paying attention to these issues and believes that organizations can be both the cause and the cure. Using a combination of quantitative, qualitative and observational research, PUSH aims to understand a business and establish what can be done to improve its performance through every aspect of how people in it are working.
Spark.me has previously announced two speakers – Anab Jain (a TED speaker, designer, filmmaker, and co-founder of Superflux – a critically acclaimed foresight, design, and technology innovation company), and Jeremiah Owyang (a founding partner at Kaleido Insights and disruptive technology expert, considered the definitive authority on corporate innovation programs). More speakers will be announced in the weeks to come.

This is the first year that Spark.me will be held in Porto Montenegro, the Mediterranean’s leading luxury yacht homeport and marina village, and make use of one of the largest and most magnificent auditoriums in Montenegro. Spark.me conference has been organized annually since 2013, by Domain.ME, a private company in charge of operating Montenegro’s national Internet domain – .ME.
