Digi Gjakova, a competition that aims to make smart solutions for the problems of the city of Gjakova in Kosovo, started with 16 teams and over 60 participants that are working over the weekend to create solutions in: e-recruitment, e-request and e-spending.
At one of the coolest spots in Gjakova, BONEVET Makerspace, opening speeches were introduced by Shqipe Neziri Vela, Project Manager of the Anti-corruption Program at UNDP, Armend Vokshi, Director of Administration in the Municipality of Gjakova and Arber Lleshi Technical Officer from BONEVET.
Excited participants are working hard during the weekend to build their platforms to help their citizens and the municipality make the old and long processes short and easy accessible. The teams are super committed to make solutions that work for the citizens and make Gjakova a smarter city, while of course the top three ideas will be rewarded with great prizes. Stay tuned for more.
