A great Startup Competition marked the day at Digitalk 2015, where 5 startups have qualified for the final pitch on the main stage tomorrow on 22nd of May, while the competition brought in partnership with Microsoft , gathered an awesome jury with investors from funds like Index Ventures, Microsoft Ventures, Connect Ventures Point Nine Capital Seedcamp, Day One Capital and LAUNCHub. The first semifinalist includes Snapwise, while the others include Nucleos, Zeduki and BooxScale.

DigitalK is organized by Capital newspaper (the leading business media platform in the region, reaching an average audience of 1.8 mln per month and one of the biggest conference organizers in the region of Southeast Europe) and two venture capital funds – LAUNCHub and NEVEQ. DigitalK is also a growing, powerful community and a platform for bringing talented people and winning ideas to the world, with its hub in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The first day of the event featured great talks on Data Visualization: Your Company, in Context by David Troy, CEO, 410 Labs, Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication by Reinhard Schwarz, Business Area Head Platform Solutions, CEE, SAP, What technology really changed and didn’t change for brands and communication agencies by Agustin Soriano, Strategy Director, JWT Amsterdam and many more from entrepreneurs, investors, tech professionals, etc.

And two things were happening in parallel with the main track; DigitalK Startup Competition Powered by Microsoft Ventures Moderated by Raya Yunakova, Startup Audience Marketing Manager, Microsoft Bulgaria and LAUNCHub investor day – invite only event.
