Pioneers of the Balkans!

On behalf of the World Bank and the European Commission, our great friends from Pioneers are looking for the next entrepreneurs from the Balkan region, following up on the success of Bellabeat, Dronamics, Oradian or Rimac Automobili. “Pioneers of the Balkans” competition is taking place this fall, where the World Bank and the European Commission will provide a comprehensive training

On behalf of the World Bank and the European Commission, our great friends from Pioneers are looking for the next entrepreneurs from the Balkan region, following up on the success of Bellabeat, Dronamics, Oradian or Rimac Automobili.

Pioneers of the Balkans” competition is taking place this fall, where the World Bank and the European Commission will provide a comprehensive training and preparation package to eligible entrepreneurs, which will have an opportunity to pitch then in front of high profile experts at the semi-finals in Belgrade (10-12 November).

From there, 50 selected finalists will move on to a very exclusive Investor Conference in Zagreb (3-4 December, hosted by Balkan Venture Forum). For this final event, 100+ regional and international venture capitalists, business angels and corporate representatives that invest in the Balkan region, will be attending as well. Last but not least, the winners will have the chance to negotiate EUR 100,000 in seed investments by both J&T Ventures and Speedinvest.

Interested startups can Apply here, while early birds that apply by Sunday, August 16th, will have the chance to be invited as one of only 8 entrepreneurs to a private dinner with Mate Rimac (CEO & co-founder of Rimac Automobili), etc.
