IPKO Foundation and partners have organized a five-day summer camp for kids called RobotiKS, which is aimed at kids from 6th to 8th grade, who are keen on technology, robots and problem solving.

IPKO Foundation is leading the project this year, after inheriting it from Basic Education Program – USAID Kosovo, together with the Municipality of Prishtina and other partners who truly believe that this project will be very useful for the youngsters future careers.

Knowledge on LEGO Robots

RobotiKS 2016 marathon aims to provide knowledge about LEGO Robots, develop logical skills, and engage the participants in simple engineering stuff, but that’s not all! The summer camp will also be the right thing to attend during this season because the participants will be exposed to several social-fun activities which are part of the agenda too.

The participants of RobotiKS 2016 are accommodated in the cozy wood houses of Recreation Center – Germia where kids have the perfect view in the morning and constant fresh air in the outer part of the city.

Besides the LEGO work during the days taught by professor Berat Bejtullahu, the participants are being engaged in sports and nature-based activities with the guide of Alpin Club of Prishtina. The evenings are reserved for movies, socialization, and entertaining games.

LEGO Mindstorm camp is a traditional event which will last until June 17, 2016 and is supported by Municipality of Prishtina, BEP, and Furra Lumi.
