Refund Policy

Digital Spoiler is operated by 38Shift Ltd. This policy explains, in plain English, how our subscription terms, cancellation, and refunds work. The short version: nothing is charged through the website, plans run on a committed term, and we work with you in good faith if the service is not delivering.
1. Nothing is charged through the website
Getting started with Digital Spoiler is free. Our contact forms take no card details and create no payment obligation. You are only ever charged after you have agreed a plan and term with us in writing during onboarding, and you will know the exact price before the first charge.
2. Plans run on a committed term
Digital Spoiler runs your agent and researches your market every day, so plans are sold on a committed term with a minimum of 3 months. When you subscribe, you commit to that term. Fees for a committed term are not refundable once the term has started, except where the law requires otherwise or as described in Section 3.
3. If the service is not delivering
If we cannot get your agent working for you, we will not leave you stuck. If, within the first 14 days of a new subscription, we are unable to set up a working Radar and deliver matches for your market, tell us and we will refund your most recent payment for that term. This covers a genuine setup or fit failure on our side; it is not a general change-of-mind refund for a term you have committed to.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time to stop your subscription from renewing. Just email us at [email protected] from your account email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current committed term: you keep access until then, and you are not charged for a further term.
5. How refunds are processed
Where a refund is due, it is returned to your original payment method within 5 business days of the request. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.
