The Nordics are known as home to key tech companies such as Skype, Spotify, Supercell and many more, while the number of exits is not low as well and it’s estimated that 10% of all billion dollar exits have come from the Nordics. On top of everything there is one place that connects the dots, and that is Slush.
Slush is built for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs, and it is meant for growth companies of all stages and industries. Whether you are looking for investors, customers, media exposure or mentoring, Slush offers a unique opportunity to get your company within the reach of a global audience. In 2014, there were over 1,400 tech startups and over 750 investors from 74 countries at the event, meeting with investors, media and potential partners.
In 2015, Slush promises to offer even more. The two-day event will take place on November 11-12th in Helsinki, Finland, one of the most dynamic ecosystems on the planet. Some of the announced speakers to date include the names of: Niklas Zennstrom Co-founder of Skype & Atomico, Caterina Fake, Co-founder of Flickr & Hunch, Niklas Östeberg – Co-founder & CEO of Delivery Hero, and many more.
Interested participants can still grab a ticket from the website, while we’ll release more updates related to the event the closer we get to it.
