South Central Ventures is organizing a workshop on “When a company should approach the institutional investor?” on the 16th November at 16:00 at the premises of American University in Kosovo (RIT Kosovo).
The workshop aims to discover and connect with startups and teams from Kosovo, who are working on innovative tech solutions, have developed and tested them, achieved market validation through customer acquisition, and need external funding to fuel their growth.
40 million dollars for startups
South Central Ventures is a 40 million fund dedicated primarily to early stage and growth investments, has been active in the region for a year now. The current portfolio consists of 5 young tech companies, all applying IT in different sectors, from agriculture to productivity management.
Within the fund, a seed fund of 1.5 million is allocated for investments of up to 100,000 per company. The majority of the fund is allocated for investments intended to fuel the international business expansion and growth of startup companies in the amount up to 3 million per company.
