Trigonom, the company behinds apps like the Albanian Alphabet, Haluci, 4 Ninja and many others, has launched another app called Hello – Talk to Strangers, which lets you talk to a complete stranger for 2 minutes in a very easy to use interface.

The Kosovo startup, which is expanding its base of educational apps on a yearly basis on both Android and iOS, comes as a direct competitor to the latest pivot from Wakie, which enables users to talk to strangers on any topic via the phone.

The founders, brothers Mentor and Anton Pacarada, call the app like a Chatroulette but only with voice. “It takes only a couple of seconds to find another stranger who is using the app and start a conversation. It’s a crazy experience and it might end-up in a laugh or stupid discussion, but people are already going nuts about it” said Pacarada for Digjitale.com.

Of course ending a call is straight forward and since the app is currently on its early days, you probably have to wait a bit longer until you reach another user. The founders have told us that they are working on releasing the iOS version soon, and that the current version is more like an experimental MVP to analyze the market and gather market feedback.

Using the app is quite straightforward. Download it from Play Store, no registration necessary, tap on the phone icon and wait for someone to pickup. Talk, hang-up and onto the next call.

Give it a shot and download it here for free.
