The relaunch of Digjitale

Founded in beginning 2012, with a mission to focus on the promotion of entrepreneurship and startup scene of Kosovo and the region, Digjitale serves as a foundation for the online community and as a bridge to the outside world, by providing information to new startups but also to investors who want to understand what is happening in this part of Europe.

Digjiatle’s community is growing every day, and by reaching out beyond the local market we started August 1st, 2013 to serve content in English, thus reaching a bigger audience. During the past months our international visitors (English speaking) overpassed the local ones (Albanian-speaking), and thus we decided with the Editorial Team that it is time to take things to the next level and serve to a bigger audience. This creates us the opportunity to work even more into the direction of our mission but also expand it.

Until now Digjitale has managed to create partnerships with European-level events like BitSpiration (2012, 2013), Pirate Summit (2012, 2013), How to Web, Startup SpotlightPioneers FestivalIDCEE 2013 and is continuing to expand its mission.


About us is an independent media entirely dedicated to providing information about entrepreneurs and startups emerging from the community in Kosovo, Albania and the Balkan region. It provides details about their profiles, detailed analysis and description of products/services. Digjitale also brings readers the first details and information about important events that have a focus on entrepreneurship/technology, while not lacking either information on the latest updates from social networks, tips for marketing (especially focused on startups) and technology and innovation.
