Brain Bar Budapest is Europe’s finest and largest festival on the future. It’s quite different from other events as it is focused on taking technologists to clash with ethicists or philosophers taking on disrupters. On top of everything, all is interspersed with music and performance from artists with unique and unpredictable slants on what the future holds.

This years super stars include astronaut Chris Hadfield, former commander of the International Space Station, who will discuss Earth and Space. Brain Bar Budapest has also other exciting topics for discussion including Earth VS Space, Robots VS Creativity, Human VS Artificial Intelligence, Economy VS Biology, Knowledge VS Information, Wars VS Video Games and much more.

The list of exciting speakers includes International Space Station; Zsolna Ugron, best-selling Hungarian author; Tim Hardford, award-winning BBC broadcaster and Financial Times columnist and author of the million-selling Undercover Economist; Santieri Koivisto, CEO of TeacherGaming LLC, the company behind MinecraftEdu & KerbalEdu; Virginia Postrel, Californian philosopher, Viktorya Krakovna, co-founder of Future of Life Institute, Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform, and others.

This years edition of Brain Bar Budapest is moving up to the next level. Google, a global technology leader, is joining the event as the key sponsor and WIRED, the global technology magazine, will be the main media partner. The festival’s technology partner is Magyar Telekom.

Brain Bar Budapest tickets are now available on the event’s website, while organizers have promised to provide a limited number of free tickets for students and teachers.
