Mobile applications focused on education are desperately needed across the world, while in Balkan countries they pop-up from time to time.
Not long ago we had an application called Math 4 Kids presented by the app development studio Appsix Mobile, which was greatly accepted by kids who’s parents had an iPhone at home and wanted to teach their kids math. Then a couple of weeks ago we reported about something new coming up from Trigonom, focused also on education.
While, this time we are back again with a new application called Virtual Teacher developed by Besnik Rama or Besplay Mobile, which focuses on teaching kids aged between 3-12, about the alphabet, numbers, animals, fruits and toys. Each main category is divided into other sub-categories which are narrated by a lovely voice of a girl, while some words can be learned directly only through hearing voices for airplane, bicycle, etc.
Navigation is straightforward and it uses some interactive visuals, which should make a kid quite familiar with this environment. One of the biggest drawbacks of this application is the constant presence of annoying ads that appear on screen every 10-15 seconds, and for a kid that means making it quite a difficult learning experience.
The application is for free to download on Google Play, while Besplay Mobile has two other published apps called Vaktia e Ramazanit and the other one called Municipality of Mitrovica”.
