01 Level 3 Autonomy
Digitalspoiler is defined as a Level 3 Conditional Autonomy system. The system can execute multi-step workflows (Research → Strategy → Draft) without intervention but requires explicit human approval for final execution (e.g., sending emails).
Human-in-the-Loop Requirement
You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs (content, strategy, list building) before authorizing the "Manager Agent" to proceed with distribution.
02 AI & IP Rights
GTM DNA Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of your "GTM DNA" (input strategy, value props, personas) and any specific outputs generated for your workspace.
Aggregated Learning
Digitalspoiler utilizes a Diff-Based Learning system. We may analyze anonymized edit patterns (the "diff" between AI drafts and user corrections) to improve the general quality of our base models.
03 Prohibited Use
Competitive Training
Using our outputs to train rival AI models.
Reverse Engineering
Decompiling our agent orchestration logic.
Unsolicited Bulk Spam
Violating CAN-SPAM or GDPR outreach laws.
04 Liability Cap
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC REVENUE OUTCOMES. LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
